What will be covered on the day?

Many people feel disempowered when they learn that a friend, family member or client has a formal mental health diagnosis. This masterclass will show you the hurting humanity behind common mental illness and socially disruptive behaviour. By the end of the day, you should be more confident to speak to the humanity behind mental illness.

The day will be a practical skilling to recognise:

[a] how common mental illnesses or socially-disruptive behaviour can have healthy, normal loss emotions at their roots

[b] how to enable people to step out of the whirlpools of loss emotions that drive these reactions, onto firmer emotional Stepping Stones to adjust

[c] how to integrate the language of Emotional Logic into any professional or support setting.

Who is this event for?

This professional and personal development day is suitable for anyone who has learnt Emotional Logic at an introductory level to understand:

[a] how the seven emotional Stepping Stones fit together to make a single adjustment process

[b] how to identify hidden losses in different systems of relationships

[c] how a SMART loss can open the way to a values-based action plan that builds relationships.

These points can be revised or learnt from our online introductory learning programme Getting Going with Emotional Logic. Click here for more information about ‘Getting Going’ or to add to your basket.
